Sharon trained with the Hypnothink Foundation which is run by the famous hypnotherapist and author Ursula Markham and had the great pleasure of being personally tutored by her. Sharon is also a practicing Reiki Master Teacher. She has over ten years experience as a hypnotherapist, dealing with many types of issues and conditions. Sharon performs a unique method of hypnotherapy, using a combination of energy healing, hypnotherapy and positive affirmations to release blocks that are standing in the way of positive change for the client. Every client's experience of hypnotherapy is different and Sharon works in harmony with the client to bring about the positive change that they desire.
