Smoking Cessation

 

Stop smoking without the need for willpower utilising the power of your subconscious mind, regardless of how long you’ve smoked, how many you smoke, or how often.  An indepth consultation is included in the session, to allow me to tailor the sessions to your unique requirements.  One session is enough to stop you smoking.  However, my personal preference is to be sure that you leave feeling not just good about breaking the habit but amazing!  The treatment works on a very deep level and deals with any secondary concerns, such as overeating or alcolhism (and more) that you may be concerned will come to fore once you stop smoking.

A self-hypnosis technique is also taught, which is a great tool to keep stress levels down in the future.
